Terms of Service

Acceptable use

• Only upload files you own or are authorized to process.
• Do not use the service for illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
• Password removal tools require the correct password. No bypass or brute-force behavior is provided.

Files and availability

• Browser-local tools keep the core file operation on the current device.
• Server-side tools use temporary Fly.io processing in Germany, with worker file and job retention configured for 30 minutes by default.
• If you leave results without downloading, use a single-use download, or start a new task, recovery is not guaranteed.
• Service availability may vary based on maintenance, load, or technical limits.

Credits and subscription

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Credits are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once consumed.
• Subscription plans require an account and include no free trial.

Access and billing

• Daily free usage is limited and resets automatically.
• Paid access is available through one-time credit packs or a Pro subscription.
• Subscriptions and credits may require a signed-in account.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited for indirect or consequential damages. SentryPDF does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free results.

Jurisdiction and governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Germany unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If a specific clause is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
